The Hilton Orlando is a two-year-old luxury hotel with a tremendous number of ammenities (see the hotel website for details). It is located only ten to fifteen minutes from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). The conference is a wonderful opportunity to network with other string teachers, attend some great seminars and pamper yourself for a very reasonable price. The conference room rate is $99.00 per night.
We have a full roster of outstanding presenters again this year along with many industry representatives. Remember to bring along your string instrument and participate in the new music sight-reading session.
Hotel reservations must be made by Sept. 26 to receive the reduced conference rate of $99.00 per night. Conference registration is due to Donald Langland, FOA Executive Director, by October 1. Don't wait to make arrangements with your principal or music supervisor so that you will be able to attend!
